Your Training RecordAs a current NIBA College student or graduate you now have access to NIBA College’s online records service, NEO, to manage and view your training activities. Click here for a Quick Guide to NEO. NEO is also an easy way for you to manage your continuing professional development. You are able to view your training record and enrol in any of NIBA College’s qualifications or assessment programs and CPD seminars. Courses are open for enrolment at any time and course materials and assessment guides can be assessed electronically as soon as you complete enrolment. When you complete a NIBA College seminar or qualifications program NEO will automatically update your training record. If you complete a CPD Online program, you will atoumatically receive a certificate of completion awarding CPD hours, which can be entered into NEO under external CPD courses. Your company’s training officer will also be able to add other courses you do to your NIBA College training record so that your training history is in one location. You can use NEO to manage your training free of charge.You only pay for the training programs in which you enrol. All representatives attached to a NIBA member receive a 20% discount on all course fees which is calculated when you enrol. Once you have made a selection from the catalogue you can use NEO to register and pay on-line. If you do not have access to the internet you can still complete a manual enrolment form and forward it to NIBA College for processing.
