Quick Guide to Using NEO
NEO is a handy online facility that allows you to book in to courses, record your CPD points and check on the status of your qualification, including what's happening with assignments and other correspondence you send and receive from NIBA College.

Logging In
You can access NEO through this website. Click on NEO in the 'Log In' box on the top right hand corner of the screen. Then select Log In from the menu on the left hand side.
If you have enrolled in any NIBA College event in the past you will have a record on the system, if you do not know your log in details
- click on Log In
- click on Forgot my Password
- enter your email address
- you will receive an email containing your log in details
If you do not receive an email ask your Training Officer to check on NEO to confirm that your email address is correct.
If you continue to have problems email register@nibacollege.com.au
Contact Details
To change your Organisation
- Go to Personal Details > General
- Scroll down to the Organisation Field
- Click on the ... box
- Search for your Organisation
- click on Save
To change your contact details
- Go to Personal Details > Contact Details
- Update the fields as necessary
To remove a staff member from your organisation, email admin@nibacollege.com.au.

CPD Points
There are two places you will need to check to view your CPD Points.
Bookings > Booking History
Here you will see the CPD Points from all courses you have attended through NIBA College.
Personal Details > External CPD Courses
This is where you training manager can record details of any continuing professional development you have completed outside of NIBA College.
