NIBA College Education and Training ServicesNIBA College specialises in providing national qualifications for those wanting to work in a variety of roles in the insurance and risk sector.The College also provides a range of professional development programs for qualified practitioners seeking to keep their skills and knowledge up to date. NIBA set up what has now become NIBA College in 1991 to meet the training needs of its broker members. Since that early beginning, the College has expanded its programs to cater for others in related areas including general and life insurance and financial planning. The College is accredited by government educational bodies to offer nationally recognised qualifications in these areas. The College’s educational services are open to all industry participants not just NIBA member firm employees. Programs are accessible via the NIBA College website anywhere in the world. Individuals can enroll in programs at any time of the year. Importantly, College qualifications and CPD programs meet the training compliance standards set by industry regulators such as the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
