Tier 1 General Insurance Course
This one module short course is suitable for those providing general insurance advice in an insurance company, bank, financial planning or other financial services organisation. The course satisfies ASIC compliance requirements for Tier 1 insurance advisors. It is most suitable for candidates with several years experience in the industry and with a basic understanding of general insurance products. This course covers advisor skills and product knowledge for dealing with a range of customer enquiries in the general insurance area including establishing a relationship with a client, preparing and delivering advice, resolving disputes, negotiating with clients and product providers and maintaining ongoing customer relationships. |
