Tier 1 Insurance Advisers Upgrade Short Course
This short course is for advisers who have already completed Tier 2 general insurance competencies and wish to upgrade to Tier 1 advisor level. The focus of this program is on those general insurance products at Tier 1 level (personal sickness and accident). This short course is for advisers who have already completed Tier 2 general insurance competencies and wish to upgrade to Tier 1 advisor level. This course covers providing appropriate services, advice and products to clients, resolving disputes, negotiating with clients and product providers and maintaining ongoing customer relationships. |
