This assessment is for experienced general insurance claims managers.
- Managing and settling non routine, complex claimsincluding investigating claims, implementing claims recovery procedures, reviewing claims settlement and recovery procedures
- Working with legal teams to resolve complex claims and providing decisions on legal liability and indemnity of a claim
- Reviewing and update claims reserves in portfolio and evaluating and report on status of claims portfolio to identified stakeholders
- Core business knowledge and skills as they apply in the financial services industry including: financial services legislation, industry and professional codes of practice, health and safety practices and the effective use of technology, information collection and presentation, communication and team work skills.
