This assessment is for experienced general insurance compliance managers and will test your knowledge and skill inthe following competency areas:
- Skills related to interpreting and managing statutory, legislative and regulatory obligations for organisational compliance as these relate to insurance organisations.
- Skills related to developing, implement and monitoring compliance systems, managing the staff training function and financial systems.
- Skills related to developing broking service guidelines and implementing business practices and quality systems.
- Skills related to reviewing compliance systems and service support system for broking services.
- Core business knowledge and skills as they apply in the financial services industry including: financial services legislation, industry and professional codes of practice, health and safety practices and the effective use of technology, information collection and presentation, communication and team work skills.
