This assessment is suitable for those working medical claims management roles.
This assessment is for experienced medical insurance claims officers and will test your knowledge and skills in the following competency areas:
- Skills related to managing and settling non routine, complex medical claims including analysing and investigating the claims and implementing claims recovery procedures and
- Skills related to analysing financial, medical and psychological claims assessments and case managing claims rehabilitation
- Core business knowledge and skills as they apply in the financial services industry including: financial services legislation, industry and professional codes of practice, health and safety practices and the effective use of technology, information collection and presentation, communication and team work skills.
