Module Description
Module 4: Leadership in Broking Practice
This module deals with the dual role of the broker in:
- Creating, implementing and monitoring opportunities for others through mentoring, coaching, supervising and training others to develop their capabilities in broking and providing a role model for professional practice, and ;
- Setting quality benchmarks for the industry in terms of broking competence and professional practice standards and promoting these within the broking and broader community.
