Module 5: Broking and Technical Expertise
This professional practice area involves analysing clients’ risks and effectively designing an insurance and risk management solution. It focuses on a holistic, “run the business” standpoint, rather than a narrower “insurance product” perspective. It can be customised to cater for the diversity of broking contexts and roles, according to whether the participant is working in personal lines, commercial lines or specialist technical areas like claims or premium funding.
