Module Description
Module 6: Develop and Manage Relationships This is a key “enabling” module and involves developing and maintaining working relationships with current clients and their key staff as well as with other important market participants, such as insurers that are essential to broking practice. This module specifi cally addresses effective relationship management through a practical 1 day workshop in which the skills will be developed through specifi c practice exercises in areas such as rapport building, negotiation skills, conflict management and networking.
