Responsible Managers and Specialist Roles

Is this level right for you?

NIBA College has two great options for brokers seeking to extend their professional skills:

1. If you are moving into a leadership role in your brokerage or developing high level client management skills consider enrolling in the Advanced Diploma of Insurance Broking. The Advanced Diploma covers the key skills relevant to those in decision making and team leader roles.

2. The College’s Graduate Diploma of Insurance Broking fills an important gap in the educational options for senior brokers who want to develop their management and specialist capabilities.

ASIC Responsible Manager Requirements

ASIC has set Responsible Manager qualifications at a higher level than those for retail broker advisers. In the case of broking the relevant industry qualification is the Advanced Diploma of Insurance Broking or the Management Module of the Graduate Diploma of Insurance Broking.

For help with planning your study program email the Qualifications Adviser on qualifications@nibacollege.com.au.
