Action LearningAction Learning is more than ‘learning by doing’. It aims to develop a fresh perspective on existing knowledge and experience, and then apply it to current problems in real workplace situations. Action Learning is gaining popularity as a tool to develop the capabilities of individuals, teams, and organisations and better equip them to adapt to change. This new program will provide you with an understanding of the fundamentals of action learning, and take you through the steps to implement an action learning project in your brokerage. You can either look at the presentation and complete an online quiz to gain 1 CPD point, or conduct an action learning project in your workplace and submit a report on the project. The structure of the required report is outlined in the project workbook. In the case of a group project each member of the group will eligible to gain up to 5 CPD points on submission of a suitable report.
