Enrolment
If you have completed previous study or gained the knowledge and skill requirements for competencies through your past work experience you may be eligible for exemptions from certain units.
An exemption can be granted on the basis of;
- National Recognition – where evidence is provided of previous training in the same or equivalent competency standard. E.g. FNSICIND301B Work in the financial services industry (a verified Statement of Attainment must be provided)
- Credit Transfer – where evidence is provided of relevant previous training e.g. University study or short courses documentation must be provided for review by NIBA College.
- Recognition of Prior Learning – where a workplace assessment is undertaken to formally recognise skills and knowledge gained outside formal structured training.
