NIBA College is committed to enhancing the professionalism of your Industry. We have worked hard over the last 15 years to develop a full suite of educational products to provide a clear and relevant pathway for broking training.

The NIBA College Introduction to Insurance Broking online induction program is the first step on this pathway. It provides your new staff member with an easy to understand picture of the industry, the role of insurance brokers, and the regulations they need to be aware of, and because we believe this information is priceless for all newcomers to our industry – the course is absolutely free!

The following information includes everything your new staff need to know about enrolling in their free induction course and advice on who they can talk to at NIBA College for help with working out which training option will best suit their individual needs.

Login to www.nibacollege.com.au
Enrol in Introduction to Insurance Broking Program   

Register to Website

If you have previously registered to the website under another workplace do not register again. Email your new contact details to admin@nibacollege.com.au and your records will be updated. Your username and password will not change.

1. Go to www.niba.com.au and click on register
2. Complete the registration form and click on submit
3. You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your username and password
4. Once you have received your username and password, login and familiarise yourself with the information provided on the website

   You can login to www.niba.com.au & www.nibacollege.com.au using the same username and password provided in your registration email.
   If you have forgotten your login details click on Lost password and your login details will be emailed to you.

1. Login to www.nibacollege.com.au
2. Click on My NIBA College
3. Click on Change Password and follow the prompts to change your password to something you will remember
4. Familiarise yourself with each area in this section. You can access and edit your personal information, upgrade your membership, enrol and access courses, view your CPD record, view or finalise your event and seminar registrations, access your email directory for newshots and members updates. 

Enrol in Introduction to Insurance Broking

This is a free eLearning induction program. This induction program will provide you with a basic understanding of insurance, the role of insurance brokers, and regulations governing the financial services industry in which you work. 
To enrol email cpd@nibacollege.com.au with your name and contact details. Once your enrolment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access your course material.
