Preparing to Study

The CPIB program is only open to Qualified Practising Insurance Brokers who wish to obtain greater professional recognition for their business and for themselves. To enter the CPIB program you must:

• Hold a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) from NIBA College or another registered training provider;
• Be a practitioner member of NIBA College at the Qualified Practising Insurance Broker level for a minimum of 2 years; and
• Be a practising broker working with clients or a practitioner managing those dealing with clients;
