Mentoring is a mutually beneficial learning partnership that not only provides the opportunity to share professional and personal skills and experiences, but assists the participants to grow and develop in the process. Our goal is to empower young professionals, either in or entering the industry, to gain a greater understanding of the issues they face and motivate them to realise higher levels of personal and professional development.
According to one of our mentees, Luke Eagle from Allianz: “The program pushes you to think outside the square and at times puts you outside your comfort zones, but brings great professional development.”
NIBA College’s mentoring program is open to brokers, insurers, and associated professionals across the insurance industry. Industry sponsorship means that this program is free to all participants. More
