Student Support
We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to study in distance mode. To help make your NIBA College study experience easier, there are a number of support services available.
- Detailed learning materials
The course material and the texts contain the information you require to complete the course successfully. Your study notes also include information on additional resources, readings and texts that will enhance your understanding of the subject. Nearly all of our units require you to purchase at least one or two textbooks, with costs ranging from $80 to $140. To find out which books you need check the unit descriptions in your course material. NIBA College has books in stock for some subjects which it supplies at cost to students.
- Telephone or online tutorials
University level subjects are challenging, especially if you haven’t studied for a long time. NIBA College has a tutoring service designed to help you overcome obstacles to your learning and get feedback on your assignments.
- Student advisors
We have student advisors available during business hours to answer any questions you have about studying with NIBA College.
- Contacting other students
You might find it useful to have contact with other students studying the same units as you. You can contact other students through online discussion forums or student contact lists.
