Insurance Broking Induction
NIBA College has developed an online induction course that is free for all members.
NIBA College has converted the very popular “Introduction to Insurance Broking” from its previous seminar format to an online program which is now available free of charge.
This induction program provides new employees with a basic understanding of the principles of insurance, the role of insurance brokers, and the regulations governing the financial services industry. The course is designed to allow learners to work through the presentations at their own pace, repeating or consulting certain sections of the course at any time. It is offered online and consists of video presentations and multiple choice tests to check learning.
